1. Date Pickers on some forms (Lease and Warranties, for example) were not behaving correctly when Thai date formats were in use.

1. Order of admin setting tabs reordered to match order of documentation.
2. New admin setting for Software Asset Update workflow of "If none of these are defined for a Software Asset, count anyway", which is a sub-setting for "Only count a computer if Authorised Cost Center, Organisation or Location matches".

Note - these admin options for organisational boundaries do not have any effect on, or relationship to, the Authorised/Unauthorised lists and counts.

3. New workflow "Notice Event Workflow" with admin settings for setting a schedule.
4. New admin setting on misc. tab for "Show Auto Renew on the Notice Event form". This property may be shown and used with customer custom workflows.
5. New class - Notice Event. Notice Events are primarily designed for use with contracts but can be used with any CI class. Notice Events can be used to send out notification emails based on a Due Date, or Contract End Date or Master Contract End Date of related Hardware Assets on Contracts.

Note - SCSM Admin must create required notification templates first and assign "Edit" task for Notice Events to required Analysts via a User Role.

6. New class - Standard. Standards can be used to record Hardware and Software requirements, for example, for new starters.
7. Both Purchases and Purchase Orders have Type and Purchaser.
8. Contracts may be superseded by newer contracts. This data is recorded on the Finance tab.
9. New task - "Update Superseded Asset Support Contracts".
10. New task - "Update Superseded Hardware Asset Leases".
11. New task - "Update Superseded Hardware Asset Warranties".

The above 3 tasks will update related asset contracts for the selected superseded contract(s).

1. Software Patterns can no longer contain ampersands ("&") when saving a Software Asset.
2. New option to remove catalog item relationships for retired or disposed Hardware Assets.
3. Software Assets - matching can now be done via new Authorization lists for Cost Centers, Organizations and Locations. If relevant relationship on the computer related Hardware Asset matches one from the Software Asset then the computer is counted and added. This allows similiar Software Assets per Cost Center, Organization or Location to be setup to keep separate counts for business units. This behaviour is enabled via a new admin setting. The previous, single values for Cost Center, Organization and Location are not used for this check, they must be added to the authorized lists if required.
4. Automatically relating a Location to a Hardware Asset with multiple NICs all on the same Location now works.
5. Software Assets now have a new "Software Library Location" property to store install paths.
6. Hardware Asset has a new Assigned Date property.
7. Hardware Asset age is now shown on a label above Received Date.
8. New option to change Hardware Asset to name of related Config Item if matched via Serial Number.
9. Hardware Asset Status, Hardware Asset Type and Software Asset Status were displayed with different names on forms, views and properties. These are now all "HW Asset Status", "HW Asset Type" and "SW Asset Status" for consistency and to avoid conflict with existing "Asset Status" property.
10. Hardware Asset views redone to remove columns with converters for contracts so sorting and filtering will now work (there are now extra regular columns).
11. New Purchase Order report added under “Reporting\Cireson Asset Management\Purchase Order Reports”.
12. Currency list added. Recommendation is to use standard 3 letter currency codes such as NZD, USD, GBP, EUR due to width limitations. All views, forms and preview panes now show this value.
13. On the Catalog Item preview pane and form, the image will now scale to the size of the form.
14. Delete Subnet task added for administrators.
15. Transfer Hardware Asset task added. Transfers selected relationships from source Hardware Asset to new target Hardware Asset.
16. Cost Center added to "All Software Assets" view.
17. When opening Software Assets, computers on the Related Computers list, but not on the Authorized Computers list, are added to a new Unauthorized Computers list. For customers with a very large number of related assets, if this new feature causes performance issues opening the new form, this feature can be turned off via admin settings. In this case, the "Refresh" button above the new list can be used when required or when using the "Update Software Asset" task. This list is not stored in the database, it is for reference only, but can be exported to Excel if required.
18. In the past, certain customers have had issues with triggering updates on a form when a Warranty, Lease or Support Contract was selected, or when a Date property was updated. These problems should now be fixed.
19. Decimal values can now contain commas. Commas will be displayed when the form is next opened, on the preview pane and views, or can be typed in as a part of the data.
20. WPF problems causing the cursor to jump around when entering decimal values are now fixed.
21. Admin settings now correctly show a progress bar when saving after changing workflow values, instead of "hanging" for several seconds.
22. There is a new admin setting on the Hardware Asset Sync Workflow to ignore Configuration Items where the display name starts with "\\". This can be used to ignore AD published printers.
23. Some localization strings were missing, this also affected the Software Metering Management Pack which has been version increased.
24. Data Warehouse relationship facts added for recently added relationships.
25. Purchase Orders now have a "Purchase Order Status" property. Values for this new list can be defined via Administration\Lists.
26. Purchase Order Detail Report has been added for use with the new list report.
27. Software Assets have new properties for Authorized and Unauthorized computer counts that can be used in views or to trigger workflows. These values are maintained by the Software Asset Update Workflow.
28. Software Assets have new Authorized Install Count property for use in views and workflows.
29. "Add Affected Hardware Asset" tasks added for Incident, Problem, Change Request and Service Request classes. These new tasks must be enabled for non-admins via a User Role.
30. Admin setting for Software Asset Update workflow to exlude retired or disposed assets have been extended to exclude in-stock assets.
31. Hardware Assets have a new list on the Related Assets tab that shows related Software Assets (if applicable) for the associated Config Item.

22. Commit batch size added to settings. The default is 100. This is the batch size that a workflow must reach before committing the current transaction. This is a performance tuning option. A smaller batch size can result in slower workflows, and a larger one possibly faster, but larger ones will may require more RAM on the workflow server and TEMPDB on the SQL server to commit the transaction.
23. Forms with Create buttons now size better so that labels don’t truncate unless the form is very narrow and the label is long.
24. Fixed validation issues on the Software Asset form when switching between bundled/not bundled.
25. Software Metering features have been added, Software Assets can now show and use metering data from SCCM. See online documentation for further details.
26. On the Software Asset Form, the label in English for “Warning Threshold %:” has been changed to “Warning Threshold Used %:” to avoid confusion over if, for example, this should be set to “10” or “90” for 90% of the purchase contract used to trigger the warning status.
27. Associate Primary User tasks mistakenly set custodian when run from the Software or Hardware Asset forms.
28. Organizations – Location renamed to “Primary Location” and new “Locations” tab added. Multiple locations can now be related to a single Organization.
