For the portal to successfully send emails, you need to configure the portal's SMTP connection

Setting Descriptions
The following settings must be configured to successfully send emails from the portal:
Server Name
Specify the name of the SMTP server.
Port
Specify the SMTP port number.
Username
Specify the username used to access the SMTP server.
Password
Specify the password used to access the SMTP server.
Return Email
Specify the "from" email address.
Enable SSL
Specify whether to enable SSL on your SMTP connection.

Verify and Troubleshooting
To verify your setup, add a valid email in the textbox provided and click on the Send Test Email button.
The WebConsole log will provide additional details about the test emails. If you do not receive an email after 5 minutes, please check the logs to ensure the settings are correct.Â
