How To: Delegate Access to Create and Modify Announcements

The ability to Create & Edit announcements along with accessing the Manage Announcements page is restricted to members of the AnnouncementManagerADGroup.

By default, this is set to the Analyst group.

To delegate the right to create and manage announcements to a specified group, you have to navigate through admin’s setting items page and modify the value of AnnouncementManagerADGroup.

Note: Changing the group will require a full cache builder cycle or resync before it will take effect.
