End users that only belong to the out-of-the-box end user role will not automatically receive access to all request offerings. In order to enable the end users access to all request offerings you may do either of the following:
- If you have not setup any security scoping and have no plans to implement it you can follow this article to effectively turn off security scoping in the Cireson Portal
- If you do have security scoping setup you will want to add the Domain Users group to either the End User Role or to your custom User Role, and then restart your cachebuilder to apply the change:
NOTE: Adding Domain Users directly to a user role will work as expected. If Domain Users is nested inside of a group that is assigned to a user role, Active Directory will not return the membership of the Domain Users group as expected.
