1. If more than one custom enum was available for the CR or MA classes that pointed to the same enum source only the first one in the list was ever saved, regardless of what was selected.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

a) If you do not use the Console Apps Tier Mappings Management Pack, after upgrading to this version you must reselect your custom CR and MA support group enums and reconfigure your groups as required.

b) If you use the Console Apps Tier Mappings Management Pack, you must upgrade to the latest version of that app and reconfigure your MA and CR settings.

1. Certain customers reported that the mechanism to skip notifications for self-assigned work items was not working. This mechanism has been rewritten in this version.

1. Changes to the Reminders workflow settings. Please open settings after upgrading to this version and select an AD group under "Reminder Settings\Reminders will be sent to members of this AD group". Any previous (plain text) value would have been removed and the workflow will not run until this is reset.

The value for "For Support Group Notifications, search for groups on this FQDN domain or server" (only seen if console mappings is not imported) no longer affects the Reminders workflow neither does any value in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cireson\Notify Analyst\GroupDomain. The domain to contact for processing the group members is now taken from the "Domain" property of the SCSM group.

1. Added support for Cireson.ConsoleApps.Tier.Mappings.mpb. It is recommended that you restart the 3 SCSM Services on your Workflow Server after importing this Management Pack in order for Notify Analyst to work correctly. You must also open the app settings and OK after changing your custom CR or MA tiers within Cireson.ConsoleApps.Tier.Mappings.mpb in order to correctly update the workflows.

2014/07/15 - v7.5.2.14

1. A new admin setting to enable not sending a support group notification if the item is assigned to an analyst added.
2. A new admin setting to enable not sending a support group notification if the matching AD is not email enabled. If such a group is email enabled, the primary SMTP address of the group is never used to send notifications. Each member of the group must be processed separately to check options and their SMTP addresses are used to send. However, this new option can be used to exclude certain tiers from getting notifications, based on the mail enabled status of the matching group.
3. Admin setting for debugging workflow log file has been added. This is only required currently to debug the tier notification workflow.
