1. Added support for Cireson.ConsoleApps.Tier.Mappings.mpb. If this MP is imported, a new menu item will be shown called "Automatic Monitoring". This over-rides the other tier selections and disables those menus.

Tiers for which the current analyst is a member are then monitored automatically based on AD group memberships taken from settings defined by Cireson.ConsoleApps.Tier.Mappings.mpb.

1. Added support for "Assigned To Me" on right-click context menu to show alerts for direct assigns using the "[me"] and "[mygroups]" tokens.
2. Tray tool now shows version of Management Pack and not exe.
3. Double-clicking tray icon will now show empty notifications form if there are no current notifications.

Note - work items are not alerted for new assignments if currently alerted for a tier.
