Install: Setting up Windows Integrated Authentication (Single Sign On or SSO) for Cireson Portal

Please note that using Integrated Windows Authentication (also known as "single sign on" or "SSO") is now only supported when the Cireson Portal web site is collocated on the same server as a SCSM management server.  The Cireson Cache Builder must also always be collocated on a server with a SCSM management server.
